Not sure of the differences, but I just bought this one yesterday:
http://www.buy.com/prod/D_Link_DGS_2208_1000Mbps_Unmanaged_8_Port_Gigabit_Switch/q/loc/101/202593730.html
D-Link DGS-2208 - 1000Mbps Unmanaged 8-Port Gigabit Switch
$57.35 - $20 google checkout -$10 mail in rebate = $27.35 (plus tax for me in CA).
(Plus I like having the ports on the back and the lights on the front - at least for the application I bought this switch for)...

Any idea if the Dlink supports jumbo frames (my understanding is the current firmware on the Netgear does)?
Not sure of the differences, but I just bought this one yesterday:
D-Link DGS-2208 - 1000Mbps Unmanaged 8-Port Gigabit Switch
The D-Link does 'Jumbo Frames: Up to 9600 Bytes' while the netgear does 'Jumbo Frame Support (9,000).' More recent firmwares might have changed that, but the d-link looks to be a little bit better.
Netgear specs (http://www.netgear.com/Products/Switches/DesktopSwitches/GS108.aspx?detail=Specifications)
D-Link Specs (http://www.dlink.com/products/resource.asp?pid=495&rid=1894&sec=0)Edit: There's also a 5-port netgear switch for $22.82 after rebate + GC here (http://www.buy.com/prod/Netgear_GS105_5_Port_Copper_Gigabit_Switch_GS105/q/loc/101/10353206.html). If you add a $3 filler it might come down to $15 by using the $20 off $50 GC.

Hmmm, don't see any mention of Jumbo Frame support on buy.com for the GS105.
