Sure it is the same model? I think another guy said the same thing and it was a similar model.

i purchased this monitor couple weeks back. I'm VERY pleased with it. It's clear, bright, and found no dead pixels. I like the stand too.

Alaskan']I was looking at this at their site. No DVIIt does have a DVI input (spec sheet below). I think I remember reading somewhere that it just doesn't come with a DVI cable.

They can't make up their own mind. on this spec sheet (same model ) it only list VGA input. http://x2gen.com/index.php?main_page=x2gen_product_info&products_id=86&tab=2
I couldn't find any online reviews but I like the rest of the specs.

I seriously doubt if it only has a VGA connection, but maybe someone would run to costco and check it out? I have two LCD's of this size (Acer and Chimei) and they both are great.

the X2's specs on PDF shows DVI (http://x2gen.com/pdf/MW22U.pdf) and...

16.7 mil colors (8 bit or 6bit dither - does not say)
dot pitch .282 (so-so)

... to my door the X2 ends up right under $300

I cannot decide! I can also get a refurb 24" Dell for $500 so this is killing me!

Well where is our complete review. Any bleed through around the edge with a dark screen? Ghosting while playing a FPS? Does it make coffee?

How many games actually support this funky resolution? I'm reluctant to change from 1280x1024 just for that reason. If you use a non-native res you're scaling and reducing the quality a bit.

oblivion, all the HL 1 and 2 variants, FEAR, and pretty much every other game on my computer run fine with a native 1680x1050 setting. I run oblivion at 1280x720, and besides a bit of squishiness because 1280x720 is 16:9 and the monitor is 16:10 I can't even tell it's resizing.

I'm using a Westy 22"

What kind of movements does the base have? Tilt only?

lol i can't decide too, I think i'm probably going to go wtih a 22" instead of a 24" since I still need to buy a xbox 360(which is also going to be connected to the lcd that i'm going to buy.) but the X22WG-Gamer you posted looks tempting..grr
