Laptop Hard drive

Is it possible to run a 2.5 Laptop hard drive off of USB or Firewire? No additional power supplies.

I have a USB 2.5HDD enclosure with a 60gig hdd in it. Uses 2 USB ports but powers it up just fine. No external power needed. I also have one for sale in the FS/FT forum :D.

USB for sure, but you may need two USB ports.
