Hmmm.... how is the return / service / quality of everything from Fry's? We don't have one where I live but I had to jump on the P180b deal and this is another piece of the new-system puzzle I need...

Well the website store is a completely independant entity than the store fronts, so you can't simply exchange there if you have issues. The stores are notorous for having most of the items on the shelves with that infamous white sticker to show that it has been returned, unsure how this translates into outpost.com though.
