If you haven't used Google Checkout yet, sign up and get another $10 off. I did.

Make sure you go with the XtremeGamer, not the XtremeAudio. After some research, I found that the XtremeAudio is kind of like the SBLive! 24-bit, and Audigy SE --it's not a true X-Fi.

I've been waiting for a card that had Intel-spec front audio jacks, and still gave me 5.1 support in back and a line-in jack. This card does it, and $54.99 is a great deal. It doesn't have the I/O drive connector, but with the Intel FP audio connector, I don't need an I/O drive.

While I'm not a fan of rebates, NewEgg (who yo-yo-ed up and down on this over the weekend) is also back to offering the card for $49.99 after $20 MIR, so I figured I'd mention it too.

Note that NewEgg charges shipping, as opposed to Buy.com having free shipping, so it ends up a bit more than Buy.com + Google Checkout bonus. I can be patient and save a couple bucks waiting for the card, and not having to wait for a rebate to be processed. And of course, if you've already used your Google Checkout bonus, the NewEgg deal wins if your rebate goes through.
