Yes this is a good deal.

If you're going to get the Beyond TV front end, then the Firefly is great to have. I, on the other hand, wanted the Firefly by itself but decided that the Beyond TV front end would be better than whatever came bundled with the ATI capture card.

BUT this is not a time-sensitive deal. They have this ALL the time. For most of the past year at least, they keep "extending the deal".

Yeah I got this deal in October and I must say I'm pleased with beyond tv and the firefly remote. The remote has a lot of options that are available and I really like Beyond TV and the use of Beyond TV link for networking my cable/HD OTA.

So-so. I got my copy as part of a similar offer, except it was a choice: free remote, or $50 license with $50 rebate, meaning free AR. I opted for the rebate, since I already had plenty of MCE remotes. I love the software, and understand the FireFly is MCE-compatible.
