Shipping sounds steep, but in the end, you're getting that nice fan for like 14 bucks.

That item wherever it is being sold online is being sold for 7$, and that review is for a different product...

it doesn't look like the same heatsink in the review...It is a little hard to tell if it is the same heatsink. If i were in need of a HSF i'd do more investigating but....

There's 2 'sinks in the review, the linked one is the Foxconn 'Heat Guzzler'. And, I'm pretty certain it's the same one (just re-badged) - same weight, size (H, W & D).. The same layout, same upward bend in the middle of the heatsink, and so on. Good deal, but really only if you're not based in TX (tax), and/or you want to buy more than 1 @ a time to drop the per unit shipping costs.
