I don't know if this will work outside the Seattle area, but you are welcome to try. I heard an add for Puget Systems on the radio yesterday that said to mention "KOMO 1000 newsradio" for $100 off any pc build.
If you are ordering out of Wa state they may be suspicious, but hey it could work.
Puget Systems has had a few reviews on Hconsumer before that were mostly positive if I recall from memory.
