Little Black and white TV's, 5.99 at office depot

I work there and this fellow comes in last night wanting to order these.

It's a typo. If we type it into our inventory screen it shows up 59.99 in price. But on the website, and if we type it into inventory screen and check the WAREHOUSE, it shoes 5.99. Free shipping on orders 50 dollars and up, so he ordered 9 of them, said he'd just sell the rest on ebay.

As of last night our houston warehouse had some 224 of them in stock still.

Two ways to order. If you order online, you'll probly get your order cancelled.
The better option, go into the store, tell them you have an item number (442600) that you need to order for delivery. An employee will log into their little ordering screen, tell him you want X number of them, and want to pay by cash (payment options for the employee are either "Pay at register" or "Pay by credit card") Then when you get to the register, you can still pay by credit card if you want. Only difference is, if you do it at the register it's done as an instore purchase. If you pay by CC while he's still in the order program, it's no different than you ordering online. If you pay in store, it's a lot harder for them to randomly cancel your order and refund your credit card like they're likely to do online.

Now go get yourselves some little TV's :D

website says "THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED" if I try to order. should in store still work?

Online it says item has been discontinued, 0 avalible. :(

And no instore? I'd pick one or two up along with a free 10 pack printable cd-r

In store pickup won't be allowed because it's not carried in store to begin with. It's an order only item.

That's why I was saying to order it in store, and not online. I can't speak for every district, but the warehouse that ships to our district had 224 of them in stock last night at like 845pm when I did the order for someone else. He ordered 9 of them, for a total of 53 bucks + tax. In store orders aren't done on the website, they're handled totally differently and shipped via totally different carriers. An Office Depot truck would come to your house with your TV's

EDIT: As for the discontinued status. That means we aren't ordering any more, so remaining stock is all that's left. They ARE discontinued, so once they're gone they're gone. If you order in store, it'll let you order them still.

I put one in cart on the website last night to check shipping, and it said discontinued. But as I said, I checked the warehouse LAST NIGHT and they had over 200 of them.
