This site offers a series of free trainings that allows you to gain points.

These points can be used towards the purchase of many things, including xbox360 games, xbox games, PC games, clothing, etc...

Example.

360 game cost 3500 points, (took me about 20 min to get that many points)

i paid microsoft 5 dollars for the game.

(4.50 for shipping) = 9.50 for a 60 dollar game... not bad.

There is one stipulation, you can not participate if you do not work for an employer that sells microsoft software and hardware. (when you sign up it asks which retailer you work for)

it verifies with the employer so it takes 24 hours to redeem any points but you can start getting them right off by taking the quizes.

Mrmm, I saw "Partner" in the list. I tried that, as we are a MS Partner but not in the list otherwise. Hopefully that will work. I remember this from some time ago, got some Xbox1 games and a hat and t-shirt for cheap cheap. :D

I've been using it for about a year now. Its nothing new.

I wouldnt consider it a hot deal though, considering the majority of posters cant use it, plus most likely the people who can use it already know about it.

Retail huh? Guess this wouldn't apply to an OEM?
