Picked it up earlier today, it had just been marked down. Also saw Doom 3 for 9.99, Titans Quest for 20.00.

This is a creepy game, but definately worth a play, its very visceral

sweet thanks, I've been watching their bargain bins recently.. picked up Tony Hawk Underground 2 PC and Onimusha 3 PC for $1.99 each.

Man my target sucks.

Condemned PC has only been marked down to $20 :(
Might and Magic PC was down to $10 though. ...as well as several other PC titles.

this is not the first time MY target didn't mark stuff down similarly to other stores. :(

I've been trying to get my hands on condemned too, it's becoming an endangered species game.

good luck to anyone else, this is a YMMV.
