That's the link, AWESOME Micron D9GMH (B6 3?) memory already rated at 1066Mhz (So it beats out the Firestix D9's if not just because it has SPD, EPP, its made by a better known brand, and will resell for more) Is this deal not [H]ot?!?!?

Dang, I'd pay more for my OCZ pc-640 800mhz a few months back...
I'll see if I can persuade someone to buy mine and I'll pull the pin on these ones. :D

How long do you think this will last? My paycheck shows up on Friday...
I need something to feed my DS3 and Prescott so I can replace the Prescott with a E6320 later. :D
I hate to ask this, but if someone just feels like buying multiple kits because they're not sure if they need it for multiple PCs or not, LMK in case this deal poofs, eh? :)

I may be way out of my league here but, I think is worth mentioning or, at the very least, asking the question.
this is an insert from the description at Frys:
Only motherboards equipped with the custom-designed BIOS, such as those designed for NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCPs, can detect the optimized SPD profiles and ensure the memory functions under the best possible conditions
If this is a fairly new memory and the 680i is the newest nvidia chip, why is there mentioned (only) of the 590 and not the 680i? Am I reading something wrong or perhaps, backwards?

Dont worry - it works with both. This came out before 680i however, and Fry's wouldn't update the note. I have read reviews of this memory on 680i systems before though, so it's all good.
BTW - Even on an ATI (Refuse to call ATI AMD) motherboard this memory would work, just not with the special "sli-ready" benefits.

I guess it depends on whether Frys is a "National Rebate Participant." If so I might have to go in on another set of these.
