Don't feel bad... I did the same thing. Just bought my wife a 22" Chimei at Microcenter... should have waited.. Oh well, she's happy with it, and I guess that's what matters.

I was lucky and got the Dell 24 for $560 about 2 months ago. You can't be impaitient. But sometimes it just happens that way no matter what you do..

I have one of these (as well as the 24" version from Acer) and the Chimei...and the cheaper 22" Acer 2216 or whatever it is. They pretty much all look the same. I was a little disappointed with this Acer because it doesn't have a height adjustable stand like my 24". It's a decent monitor for the price. I might end up picking up another one of them.
