It has a front fan.

Yep. There's a 120mm fan mount on the front and back. The airflow is actually from back to front.

quick question.... where does the PSU mount (and how)??? in the bottom front of the case??? How does one connect the power supply to the power port at the back? do they provide a little cable?

For $80 it seems pretty nice. Personally I am sure it is way too small for my needs, but for those not needing a lot of extra space it would be a great deal.
