I clicked on the Special Offers link and nothing happens when I click the Register link in both IE and Firefox. Is it me?

registered, and then still coulcnt see the special offers stuff. went back int my account and saw that I needed to check the " I want to be a member of the ECl network" or whatever.

So then I was fully registered and got some blurb about my account will reviewed for an ECL account. and no more information about a free mouse.....so we shall see!

ya I know that....I mean.

once I registered, and clicked on the special offers link, it said that I needed to register or update my account.

I realized that I needed to check a box marked sign-up for an ECL Account.

after that, I was able to see the "special offers" and there was no mouse to be found. and after I completed the registration I didnt get any notice or anything about receiving a free mouse.
