But, on their main advertisement, it says soy is good? lol?
Soy:
- damages thyroid hormones that manufacture and repair thyroid function.
- high in trypsin inhibitors which damages the pancreas and causes cancer.
- if pregnant women eat soy, it causes the child (after born) to A) girls - mature at an early age. B) boys - mature much more slowly. This is because of phytoestrogens in soy. The FDA is trying to put limits on consumption of this in food products.
- Phytates and soy protein reduce iron absorption.
