Dell Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP $569

Not sure if anyone has current discount coupon codes on top if this, but I am ready to pull the trigger if anyone does or finds that it is working.

Wow, the price on that keeps coming down... no complaints here. Last night my wife made a comment about my 21" CRT indicating she'd be okay with me getting an LCD... hehehe :)

I think the 20% coupons apply only to the 669 price..so that comes down to 535... This is still a pretty good deal though. Damn I want a new monitor.

Yeah I remember when they were 1200-1400. People were stoked to get one barely under $1000.

I guess now it's the wait for the 30".

Yeah, you could do the same for me...I'm not a magician and I can't make deals appear out of thin air unfortunately. You have to give and take.

How does this thing handle 1080i sources? Like a PS3 or Xbox 360? What about 720P?

Haven't seen it but I beleive instead of stretching the input resolution it can just display whatever resolution the input is leaving a black area around the edges so that it's in the monitor's native resolution making it look better. Have heard it looks great.

No. That's for Televisions, iPods, Cameras, and computers.

I have a 360 hooked up to one via VGA cable. There is no way to make it display black bars, so it does stretch the image _slightly_ but 99% of the time, I don't notice it. Gears of War looks incredible on it.

Are you sure that the monitor is not under the 90 day return policy. I had a friend ask about return of a Dell monitor and he told me Costco said it was treated same as a television and 90 days only.
