Comp USA XI-FI xtreme Fatal1ty $99.99 no rebate

Comp USA has the x-fi Xtreme Fatal1ty Pro series sound card for $99.99 with no rebate. Anyone who has this card is this worth it? I am currently using an Audigy 2 zs with Logitech 5500s. Wondering if there is any reason to get this if I will be building a new comp in the next couple of months.

I remember when that card was like 300 dollars. Creative still sells it for 200 dollars.

Certainly is a great deal.
