This looks to be a great deal. However, I could not find the P5K-E at newegg, is this the same as the ASUS P5K DELUXE/WIFI-AP?

No it is not a Deluxe version it is vanilla version which is $140. So you are paying $252 for the processor. :o

Its this board:

While not the deluxe, it is also most definitely not a $140 board.

This (http://usa.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=11&l3=534&l4=0&model=1655&modelmenu=1) is the mobo you are getting, appears to be one notch below the Deluxe version, but one notch above the vanilla. In other words, its in the middle of the Vanilla and Deluxe.

I would definately prefer an Nvidia chipset over Intel. Also lets not forget that the Q6600 will be $260.00 on July 22nd. I would/will wait but that's just me.

Keep in mind this board is the new P35 chipset. Everyone has their preference, but I'd take the P35 over current nVidia chipsets. Quad however ... tough time to want to buy a dual-core proc right now. I'd wait (and am waiting) as well.
