Awesome, this will do excellently in my PS2. Just an FYI, the last 500GB PATA Seagate I had in my hands fit the Sony Network adapter perfectly.

i thought 120 was ps2 limit. it was back when i had mine. Last time I checked, 2TB is the size limit. You are correct, for a long time 128gb was the limit before 48-bit HDD support.
