Thats in q of 1000 .. but thats pretty much what you'll end up paying.

I'd rather people be informed about price drops then buy a chip now and see it drop by almost 1/2 in less than a month.

Doesn't seem to be anything else interesting till November when hopefully 45nm chips will start coming out. If you are going to wait, then I would defiantly wait for the quad core Penryn (45nm) chips.

Q6600's are going to f-l-y off the shelves when that price drop hits. I know I am in for at least one, maybe two. (to replace a E6600 and/or a E4300)
