If it were "open box" it would be pretty good. If it's a bare, untested customer return like many other "open box" items that newegg sells, good luck.

Sometimes you get lucky and you get brand new remanufactured boards (they are pretty much brand new).

Still have a 15day return policy, not bad if you have all the equipment to test it right off the bat to verify functionalilty.
