From the voltage and timings, 4/4/4/12 and 2.2v, could these be Micron based? Not familiar with this patriot line myself.

Here's a review of that 2GB DIMM kit: http://www.viperlair.com/reviews/memory/other/patriot/DDR2/6400/

The summary bullet incorrectly lists 1.8v, but he corrects that to 2.2v right above the CPU-Z screenshot and in 2 other places. It was Elpida 667MHz memory under the heat spreaders that's been overclocked by Patriot to 2.2v 4-4-4 @ 800MHz.

Sounds like a good deal. I've bought several Patriot memory kits at Fry's and Outpost and the rebates always arrive. I haven't had any problems with the memory either.

my research shows most of these are D9 based, although they also put elpida chips on some, probably all the newest ones :( If you buy these, hope you get for the D9Gxx variety.

Not bad then if they are D9
