I just picked one up with AS Ceramique for about 25 bucks delivered. It was in stock when I ordered and looks like still a few left.

I got an AC Freezer 64 Pro Open Box from Newegg a few months ago ... arrived in used condition with no missing parts. Might've gotten lucky, seeing as how there's no mounting hardware to lose, but still..

what's there to lose? I have one of these and I don't remember there being any loose parts. The thing mounts like an Intel HSF, so it's in one piece... no backplates or anything.

Could be missing the sticker or pre-applied thermal pad though...

I buy these all the time. About 80% of the time, they're untouched, new or as new. Every now and then you get one which is actually used and the nylon lock pin tips are bent to hell. However, the lock pins from a standard intel hsf fit just fine.
