Nope. DDR is 200MHz actual, 400MHz effective. It has a 2x pre-fetch, meaning it transmits twice per clock cycle (leading and trailing ends of the signal). DDR2 has a 4x pre-fetch, so it broadcasts four times per Hertz. 200MHz actual is 800MHz effective.

These were the ones that were on Cyber Monday for something like $48 per 2gb without rebate . . . got 4gb at that time and love 'em. Good memory!
