Dude, they are retail, I bet you I have bought at least 10 drives from frys, all have been retail boxed.

Here is also another tip, under the pic, there is a link, 3 lines down, what does it say? Starts with re ends with tail;)

dude i not sayin that they only sell OEM drive but the ones that are on sale in that store, the one guy that bought it in store was an OEM drive.

i know the Seagate is but the WD that are 89 now dont say retail, Im talking about the Western Digital ones
