now if they can make one that my PC can fit into for LANs...

My uncle actually did something like this for a PC a few years back. He took a small suitcase and punched some holes in the back for the I/O shield and a couple fans. I think I remember him just attaching a laptop optical drive inside the case somewhere. I wonder if he still has it or not.
