Teamgroup memory is usually very good. It's OOS though.

Back in stock. Tax and shipping makes it less hot for me, but a good deal nonetheless.

I ordered a couple sets. I haven't tried them yet (CPU still incoming), but fiy these are single-sided RAM.

I built a C2D system for a co-worker using this RAM back in September. I have heard no complaints since I built the system. I have had good success with Team Group RAM in the past as well.

According to this list (http://ramlist.ath.cx/ddr2/), they use ProMOS chips.
