Where can we find a list of participating vendors?.. or is it just those three?

Looks like they got those top three off of PayPal's website

Shop big brands with PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/cps/general/NewConsumerSafe-outside)

Blue Nile - 10% off using PayPal and code PAYPAL18
FTD - 20% off all products using PayPal
Zales - $50 off $250 on select items, promo code PAYPALFIFTY

Almost all of the other shops are direct links to their websites, so there may or may not be any other promotions going on...

What, Paypal doesn't classify purchases from Newegg as potentially conducive to romance? :p

I'm kinda scared of Paypal coupon/savings now after the last experience during the holidays... :( with NewEgg especially.

Yea everyone should be very wary of this offer. Last time they had this I think they stopped offering it without telling anyone that participated that the "funds had run out". I'm not even sure if anyone actually reported getting any money back from it.

I almost seem like the odd one out here, my gf wants roses and diamonds. She complained when I brought her an external HD. So, I guess these discounts make me the lucky one. Or is that the unlucky one as I have to buy flowers?

I did, but I figured that it would happen and ordered ASAP.

That 20% looks good until you find out that they charge you 2nd day express shipping and you don't have the option to change it. The $10 off I was going to get was reduced to about $2.00
