Free Netgear Skype phone?

I'm away at work for a week. My wife called yesterday to tell me there was a package from "Strobe". Inside was a "complimentary" Netgear Skype phone. It was addressed to me.

I have no memory of signing up for this. Googling strobe and Skype get me nothing. Does anybody remember this?


EDIT: My wife just called back. She found a paper in the box that said thanks for participating in the PayPal Holiday Sweepstakes.
