A few ppl here including myself have this card when it was $159AR from Newegg. No frills package and decent 2-slot cooling solultion. Does not have HDMI out ability or any audio pass-through ability but works fine as a video card. Mine runs at 770/2000 and another user here also got similar OC's. A few reports on Newegg claims they got basically DOA cards but I'm very happy with mine. Basically a 3870 for $150 if you get one that OC's decently. It's been over a month and I haven't received the rebate yet, so will have to wait to see if it's hot or just warm :)
