Err... who still uses anti-virus software? That's so Windows XP. But seriously, I haven't gotten a virus in years and the only times I've ever gotten them is when I was trying to download pirated software. Anti-virus software is 4 n00bs ;).

Actually, my biggest concern is why the CD case has a picture of an NS-5 from the movie I, Robot?

yay, something other than nortan.
I needed something else since my nortan has been slowing down (and erroring out, randomly turning off auto protect for myself and others).

I miss NOD32, it's a no go in a 64-bit system :(
Although Kaspersky 7.0 is quite excellent as well.

Single User License, or up to 3 concurrent installs? (for home PC use) Specs don't say. (I'm guessing single.)

Since when? I'm running NOD32 on Vista x64 as I write this post and it works flawlessly.

Avira free is fine. NOD32 is great but not worth paying for over Avira free.

still using avg free edition here...free AV software with good detection rates and lots of updates ftw! i refuse to pay for AV software until someone comes up with something that is proven to be WAY better than the free stuff.

AVG free sucks, go download the trial Version of NOD 32 and run it on your computer to see what AVG free missed.

AVG does suck. Avira is great. www.av-comparatives.org. Before you say anything, the AVG they test is their pay thing that includes their AV plus more. Same with some other companies.
