Super easy.. I just pressed down on both sides and clipped it in.

Will this fit a Asus M2N32-SLI deluxe? I have my board coming soon from ebay and I'm ordering the 5000+ BE from the egg.

It's a great heatsink. I've got one in my HTPC but not running is passive. I've got it on a Q6600 running at 9x333 on stock volts.
