People Eating Tasty Animals

But anyway yeah slaughtering animals for clothes that look tacky to begin with is pointless. Fur for the lose.

Who needs fur clothing when you have body hair like mine.

Well, maybe I'm not that hairy, at all, lol.

My incredibly warm and comfortable fur hat and gloves respectfully disagree with your claim of pointlessness.

If PETA only stood for protecting animals from senseless slaughter, they may be a commendable group. As it stands, they are simply a homeland terrorist organization. Search some audio boards for my run in with PETA in Seattle :D

PETA is pretty violent. A few short years back they were protesting at the Red Lobster I was going to eat at, and they threw a brick through the person's windshield that went before me in the parking lot. LOL.. I was waiting for them to do that to my car so I could lose control and run them all over. http://forums.evolutionm.net/images/smilies/lol.gif

peta was recently protesting KFC and spray painted the colonels grave with KFC tortures chickens. the only thing is that they painted the grave marker next to his. they are terrorists and dumb on top of it. They want everybody to be vegan and don't even understand that farming like that will never be able to be supported by the land.

Peta funds people like Rodney Coronado, a convicted felon who is responsible for firebombings of research laboratories, through the transfer of "loans" that they never pay back.

I don't want to get into politics here, but PETA is the media-friendly face of a terrorist movement in America. The ASPCA is a far better organization to get involved with, or perhaps the Audubon Society, or even your local shelter.

You don't have to convince me. I'm a laboratory animal technologist. I also get sent to all meetings our group has where PETA is supposed to show :D

Let's not forget PETA (or a PETA-esque) organization is responsible for the viral outbreak from 28 Days Later :p

Lets not get out of hand now. PETA is only portrayed poorly by the media when they actually commit a crime. However, they also bring out the disgusting acts committed by research labs and companies on other living creatures.

Would you wear someone's skin? Fur sucks.

I support their cause.

Hey, if humans didn't wear fur, we'd all be dead. Thats how our great ancestors survived the colds of winter before central heat powered by horse glue was invented.

Not a valid argument.

Because today we don't need to wear fur or eat animals to survive.

Who ever said the land cannot support everyone being vegan is wrong. 80% of all corn and grain grown EVERYWHERE goes to feed animals, that we intern slaughter for food. Therefor we would eat lower on the food chain, and no one would go hungry.

FUR = SUX
