Go to http://instorespecials.staples.com/ type in yer zip and check your local sales circular online for this coming week; I/OMagic 8x max DVD±RW/±R dual format internal drive for $129.94 no rebates and before coupon. A $20 off $100 would knock it down to $109.94. Or add some a 25 pk of imation DVD+R spindle for $29.98 and use a 30 off $150 coupon instead.

Does anybody know who mfr's this drive? Thoughts? Knowledgeable input?

I don't see the iomagic anywhere in the upcoming circular. I do, however, see the Pacific Digital 8X multi-burner for $129 after rebates. It's actually a Lite-On LDW811S.
