I have a 128mb USB Stick which i use quite a lot in one day and have to back it up to my laptops hard drive, So does anyone know of a program that can could backup my USB Stick to a specific folder when it's inserted
Windows XP will auto-play it the first time you insert it and ask you want you want to do with it. Choose copy files and "always do this" and it should be more or less what you're looking for.

Other than this, I'm not aware of any solutions that do what you're asking for. I'm a Win2k user and this would be pretty nice. I have a 1GB stick that I carry music on to work and it would be nice if I had a way to synch music directly with it kind of the way music is synced with MP3 players.
