I did this a few months ago and never got any (condoms that is) I live in an apartment in a college town though. Who knows how many people before me have used that address.

edit: and it said I alreayd recieved my max for this year. Oh well you cna get a card from Planned Parenthood in Washington and go get free condoms and stuff from any store. Guess I'll just get that when I go back to school.
