I have actually been kicking around the idea of putting a system in this case with an undervolted 4670K, GTX 750ti, and 200w Pico PSU.
Another possibility is to use HD-Plex's 250 watt power supply with self adhesive stand-offs on the front panel.
They don't even need to wait for the CAD files. Just look at what CMadki4 was able to do with scrap parts. If you take out all of the plastic housing like he did, it's an extremely simple design.
I think it would be helpful to notate the new version of the L1 as the L1 (2014). Having L1 and L1 (2013) makes it sound like the 2013 version is newer.
