I received a newer build of the P5Q-EM and all my problems were solved. Also went with G. Skill F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK memory. Not running at 1066MHz though, need the settings.
RMA'd the P5Q-EM and all problems gone. HD 4850 plays Crysis 1920x1200 High Settings very nice. Still no 1066MHz with the OCZ, going to go with Geil GX24GB8500C5UDC.
Thank you for your response. I did check the QVL list for the P5Q-EM and OCZ assured me that the OCZ2RPR10664GK listed is the same as the OCZ2P10664GK that I used. Funny, they told me to RMA the board. I was experiencing BSOD at boot with error screen "ati2dvag for the display device...
Built up my new SFF, but had a lot of problems with the HD 4850 card, because of the board not playing nice with PCI-e 2.0 cards. Also, had a lot of "out of memory" errors with XP & Vista. OCZ support blames Asus, Asus blames OCZ. Anyway, my main objective was to have a SFF that would run Crysis...
If anyone has this board and could help me set the BIOS up I would appreciate it. A lot more options since my last build, P4P800-VM.
I have the timing at 5-5-5-15, Voltage 2.1. I'm not seeing 1066 as an option for the DRAM Frequency.

Have all the parts, will start build later today. Only thing is I hope I don't run into problems with the 4850 and P5Q-EM. I'm running XP, so may be good. Went with a E8500.

Thanks....Looks like the P5Q-VM won't be available until later in September...could wait I suppose.
I've always used and had great luck with OCZ.

I currently have a P4 3.2 Northwood SSF and want to upgrade.
Thought, opinions & suggestions needed, not a gamer, but would like the system to handle Far Cry 2 when it's out.

The backlight bleed was horrific on mine. I was getting tired of looking at it, and for the money I felt it should not have been that bad. I ordered another and it is way better, same FEB 08 manufacture, so I guess I got a bum one the first time.
May I ask what brand cable you are using? Do you have Power Saver on or off...what about DDC/CI Support?
I'm using a Belkin DVI to HDMI cable, will grab another and try that.
