i have that same OCZ cooler. Those small fans make a whining noise, so i just yanked it out. Cooling wise, it wasn't really needed.

I haven't seen many reviews or benchmarks yet. I'm excited. This falls right into my price range. 2 or 3 of them in raid 0 would fit my storage needs.
