Ok, I bought two of these off ebay , The dimensions are about right and the price was good so I got an extra for when the fan in the other vcard starts to go. Hopefully the video cards current fans are 5 volt and not 12 volt, I didn't think to check before I ordered but evercool makes the same...

I have two HIS IceQ H5670 video cards in my system and on one of them the fan is dying, ratteling noises while it's running...I pulled it out of it's bushing and lubed it with some triflow and it quieted down for a day but it's back to being noisy today so I guess I'm not going to be able to fix...

I don't think I would want a 50 inch display spinning at extremely high rpm's in my livingroom:D

thankyou!!! that was the problem....the check box for private was ticked but not the one for public in the firewall settings for vnc. checked the public box and I'm now able to connect again with all my devices :)

I can transfer files to and from the htpc.....I'm not sure how to ping them but they do see each other on the network at least.

Both, won't work from my tablet, phone, or my wired computer. The vnc server is running normally on the htpc as far as I can tell, something in the new router is just preventing anything from connecting to it.

I'm all for reducing waste and environmental damage in a reasonable way (ie, not reducing the US to a third world country) but let's get one thing straight, the "green" movement is primarily about money, not protecting the environment. Al Gore is just one of the most blatant examples of that.

ok, tried it and IE works correctly, no taskbar when full screen:). However I don't use IE and can't make a taskbar shortcut to netflix in IE (that I'm aware of) to make it easy to start netflix with a single click in the home theater.

Tried netflix on my wifes win7 machine after changeing dpi to 150% and it does not keep the taskbar on top of the netflix window like mine does so it is something about my system that is causing this. Not really sure where to start though? What could be causing it? I duplicate my main monitor...
