Skrakuk - It is indeed exactly the same as those pictures. :( Reducing the sharpness setting to 1 still isn't good enough, given the clarity I get from the native 1920x1200 resolution. I have a GIG111 build with GIG052 F/W. I'm using Vista Home Premium X64 with an Nvidia 9800GTX.

Just go to the Nvidia panel (or right click>Personalize>Display Settings). There'll be a slider, with 1920x1080 on the resolution list. Once switched, the text does not render properly, and the colours should darken. The loss of clarity makes the 1080p support useless. Even 720p signals...

According to this comparison at Digital Versus, the screen has an average of 30ms input lag (around 2 frames). That's still pretty decent, in my book. The more hardcore gaming crowd will object, but as a multi-purpose monitor it's a reasonable concession.

I have the PS3 connected to a wide gamut (NTSC 92%) LP2475W. There's no real benefit to playing games/watching movies in wide gamut; it simply looks more vibrant, and doesn't conform to the originally intended colour space. Not to say it looks bad. It's simply not supported in any way in this...

When I set the PC resolution to either 1920x1080 or 1280x720, the text becomes a garbled mess, and the colours saturate. Does this happen for anyone else? This occurs regardless of which "Aspect" mode you use. Reducing the sharpness to "1" helps with the text, but it's far from pixel perfect...

I have my 360 connected via component, if that's any help. It works perfectly, and with no cropping.

I'm still loving this monitor, but there is just one flaw that I wish BenQ could have addressed: aliasing. Problem #1:. When you boot up the PS3 or 360 via HDMI, the entire screen is at maximum sharpness. So what do you do? Go to the OSD menu, obviously. This is where problem #2 begins...

I've returned two LP2475's so far. I was having the same green-to-red tint problems (and backlight unifromity too). I may consider it again, once HP's QA team have had time to sort it out.

Is there a UK-based retailer which sells that model?
