how do i do a system repair? and for that matter how do i get to it cause i have to navigate through the explorer so its harder to get through things i have no shortcuts no start menu.

yes i can get into safe mode, but explorer.exe still has to be terminated and instead of a black screen i get a black screen with safe mode in each corner.

I fixed it!!! and boy do i feel dumb, my cord wasn't plugged in all the way on my monitor but as soon as i pushed it in all the way all everything cleared up, thanks for your help though

im having an issue with my graphics card, i have a GeForce 8800 GTS all of my drivers are up-to-daye but i seem to keep on getting green and red dots all over my screen, i've played with some of the settings but nothing has worked, could this be a monitor issue?

Hi, i have a nasty virus that i believe is imbeded in my bios and i need to re flash them, I've already exhausted a lot of ideas and I'm left with this option or something a little more drastic. I've never had to do this before so i need a guide please. I have a MSI 945P/954PL Neo 5 if that helps

i don't know if i can run combofix safely,i was looking at the website and i don't think i know enough to not delete something important.... and WiniGaurd is still around

i have XP and i ran CC cleaner malwarebytes and super antispyware i will run combo fix too in safe mode

OK combo fix i didnt run, and how do i restart in safe mode?, and yes i did disable system restore and i ran them in the order i was supposed to as outlined at the top
