I've always wanted water cooling, but its much more expensive than high end air coolers. Right now I have a Zalman CNPS9700 NT, which I find very loud. So my main goal with this purchase is to keep it quiet, cheap, and give me a better OC. I only want to WC my CPU atm, but with my next video...

Yeah, its there. When I try to change the clocks it just sets them back to default after I exit the thing, or save the profile and go back to it.

Yes. It was working fine under XP I'll try it with nTune since RivaTuner wont overclock it.

No, its all stock. I've been using 32bit XP, works fine, don't see the point of using 64bit.

Yeah... I got enough, 850W, like I said it runs fine in XP.

Well, I just installed 32-bit Vista on this PC today, and anything 3D like the cool guy window switching thing, or games will crash my pc. I've tried Crysis, Halo 2 Vista, and Counter Strike: Source. I installed the latests drivers 169.25 WHQL at first but I suspected they were the problem...
