    Opteron 939's?

I was just browsing newegg's processor selection, and they have several opteron's listed as socket 939 processors. Is this correct? if so, will these run in a standard 939 board, such as the Abit KN8-SLI?

    web remote assistance?

yeah, you should be able to do windows remote, vnc, or anything else you can think of over VPN because it's tunneled, so you shouldn't have to worry about NAT.

20->24 pin connectors, and that extra 4pin 12v line?

unfortunately, most 6600's don't come with a connector on the card. if this is the case, you will need either an adapter or a new psu, depending on what route you choose. if you do use the adapter, though, make sure your psu can actually handle the load, i.e. don't hook up a powmax anything or...

20->24 pin connectors, and that extra 4pin 12v line?

20->24 pin connectors, and that extra 4pin 12v line?

    easy question for LINUX buffs

I've never used SUSE, but i know debian will let you install gui from the cd without touching command line. Also, if you're going to run a linux distro, you might want to learn some command line anyway.

Distilled Water + Few Drops of Bleach, good enough?

you're thinking of window de-icer. I was at walmart about an hour ago, and antifreeze is ~$8/gal.

Distilled Water + Few Drops of Bleach, good enough?

yeah, that's technically true, I just think antifreeze is the best solution for your problem - it's dual purpose and it costs like $8/gal. Anyway, if you don't have access to antifreeze, bleach is still not a great solution. You're better off with alcohol, or hydrogen peroxide, since they will...

    web remote assistance?

Look for a program called VNC. To the best of my knowledge it's free and should do the sort of thing you're looking for.
