    HP LP2475w (Possible new IPS)

I received my Eizo s2431 today. It is far better (even uncalibrated) than the HP2475. Don't get me wrong, I'm absolutely not an expert, but the difference is very noticable to me. - No saturated colors anymore. - Great black levels. - No more pinkish grays. For people that are...

Let's hope you don't care too much about accurate sRGB colors then.

A Display for programming, browsing and sometimes gaming $3-500

If you're going for an TN panel could as well go for an iiyama monitor. There cheap and are good enough.

sRGB LCD? HP LP2475w, Samsung 245T, or other?

Yes, but in the Netherlands it isn't available. After a lot of research i found out that the Eizo was the second best monitor after the 2490WuXi. My next choice after the Eizo would be the NEC 2470WNX. I guess this monitor would be an excellent choice for you (though I really don't like the...

Seeking a decent traditional gamut 24" with bonus babbling

There are some options: LG L246wp BenQ FP241W NEC 2470WNX EIZO s2431 I just recently bought the EIZO, because everyone is very positive about this monitor except it being somewhat expensive. The NEC 2470WNX uses the same panel and should be as good as the EIZO one. Moving to vista...

I'm also in the market for an srgb monitor. I'm doubting between the following monitors: Eizo s2431w €699 Because eizo = quality and you get an 5 year warranty. BenQ FP241 €430 Because it's so damn cheap... Right now I'm more interested in the Eizo, because the monitor doesn't seem...

    HP LP2475w (Possible new IPS)

I got it calibrated with the my spyder 3 colorimeter.. I'm doubting now between the following monitors: BenQ FP241W €430,- NEC 2470WNX €590,- EIZO s2431w €750,- I know these monitors are a little outdated but every new monitor seems to be wide gamut, which I really don't like.

Official BenQ FP241W Thread !!! Info, Pictures, Reviews

In holland it is around €420,- so 350 COULD be right, very cheap though. I just recently bought an HP lp2475 monitor but it turns out that I hate wide gamut color because they just don't look right in srgb images. So now I'm thinking about getting this Benq monitor. The options are now...

    HP LP2475w (Possible new IPS)

I play CS and you dont have to worry about the lag on this monitor. I'm not a pro-gamer or something, but playing on this screen didn't affect my scores. Games look VERY good on this monitor though.

    HP LP2475w (Possible new IPS)

I have tried to calibrate my 2475 last night.. but I cant seem te get the colors i was hoping for.. the very light grey colors still display with a small pinkinsh tint. I'm thinking of bringing the monitor back and buying a Eizo S2431 so I know for sure that I have a quality monitor.

    HP LP2475w (Possible new IPS)

I did a small google research and i found this article. http://www.macworld.com/article/43612/2005/03/monitorcalibrator.html It's prefers the spyder 2 over the eye-one display 2. But I know if this review is trustworthy.
