Thanks a ton for the responses. I updated the BIOS and it's started up 4x in a row running at 4ghz so seems to be fixed.

Well it also hangs when I save changes from BIOS and restart, so would a windows installation also cause that problem? I'm looking at my BIOS codes and when it boots, it cycles through all them perfectly. When it hangs, it stops at CODE 19: Southbridge Memory Pre-Initialization Started...
