Reason why I asked you to test the performance on 5GHz band is because I encountered something similar previously.
Basically, I have 2 rigs in another room connected via a Gigabit switch to a D-Link DAP-2553 Wireless Bridge which is connected wirelessly to my Asus RT-N56U dual band router...
Try connecting to the 5GHz Band (if your router supports that). If it works well then the poor performance could be due to interference on the 2.4GHz Band.
Yes if you want to have voltage adjustment but with power consumption of a Core i3-2xxx (excluding monitor) hovering as low as 20W (with PicoPSU) why bother ?
For a few bucks more the ASRock one is a better choice. I have 2 of that and they work great ... even with Mac OS X (check out my entry on TonyMacX86's wiki) :D
Was considering that too but it doesn't have that new graphical BIOS as far as I know.
After experiencing it on my Asus Sabertooth P67, I'd like all of my future boards to have that graphical BIOS too.
Seems like only Asus and ASRock have it. I'm sure Gigabyte doesn't. Not sure about...
I don't wish to continue with this pointless discussion. All I'm implying is that his case is most likely a closed-up, el-cheap case w/o window because he doesn't seem to appreciate that there are people who take pride in their component choices, even if it entails color matching.
That...
Are you his clone ? I'm referring specifically to his case only since he obviously can't appreciate the fact that there are others who go to extremes to color match their components.
