The fan controller on my Corsair 650D went out last year and they sent a replacement which showed signs of failing over the last week or so and officially died today. Rather than install a 3rd controller from them, I figured I'd just use this opportunity to upgrade the three fans that came with...
Looking to upgrade the two stock 200mm fans that come with this case as well as the stock rear 120mm fan and get a controller for them as well, do you guys have any recommendations? My stock controller went out last year and my replacement seems to be on its way out as well, so I figured I'd...
Right now I'm using the Standard profile with brightness turned down to 45. I don't have any calibration equipment, so I'm basically just eyeballing it for the time being. One day I might do a Custom Color profile and really try to dial it in, but for now it looks pretty good.
I PM'd him about it and he doesn't necessarily recommend using his settings for the A03. If you want to try anyway, his custom color preset was R: 96, G: 93, B: 87, Brightness: 45, Contrast: 75.
I tried them on my A03 and decided against using them, but see what you think.
Having a bit of trouble with calibrating. My games, like Diablo 3 or Starcraft 2, look washed out, almost as if there's a light gray film over the screen. I have an A03 and my starting calibration numbers were the 10e settings for an earlier revision.
I just got mine all set-up and I don't have any issues, guess I got a good one. I'm going to have to play around with the calibration, though, 10e's numbers don't seem to work that well on mine (which is what he said when I talked to him). I have an A03 if anyone has some calibration numbers to...
What is a good starting point for calibrating these? I spoke with 10e recently, and he doesn't necessarily recommend his original numbers since the calibration was done on an older batch of panels. Is anyone still using his numbers on a brand new monitor and getting good results? if not, is...
Is this probably the best 24" LCD to get if I want to upgrade from my 19" monitor for Christmas? Are they shipping the latest revision if I order directly from Dell or is that something I need to request?
I want to upgrade from my 19" Samsung 940B to a 24" for Christmas, but I'm not quite sure which monitor I want to go with, so I was hoping for some suggestions. I was looking at the Dell U2412M, but if there's something "better" in that price range, I'd be interested.
Budget is probably...
Do you guys think this will still be the best bang for your buck 24" monitor around Christmas time? Looking to upgrade from a 19", most of my computer use is just browsing the web, playing a few games (Diablo 3, Starcraft 2, maybe a FPS once in a while), wondering if this is still the monitor...
I found one that I'm using now and I'm playing on normal and I'm only about level 14 or 15 I think.
I'm hoping someone makes some nice character guides to read or watch. I still kind of feel like I don't know what I'm doing with my monk, but I've only put a few hours in so far.
