    No coil whine from my best buy reference 970. Reference cooler is a lot quieter and less annoying sounding than the evga/pny coolers as well.

    the best weapon is one you make yourself. Join the mages guild and get up to the arcane university, then you can enchant your own weapons with much much better effects.

    Where can I find the a soul trap spell that I don't need to be at lvl 25

    pretty sure the lowest level soultrap has the 25 requirement of mysticism. So you need to get mystiscm to level 25... Easiest way to do that is to go buy minor detect life (no myst. requirement). Go next to a bed and keep casting it, then rest to fill up your mana.
